June
Engineering Freshmen Block Handling Activity – A year-round commitment that starts in June and aims to the guide UP freshmen into the college life. GE Club also serves as coordinators for other freshman activities set by the University, the College of Engineering and the Engineering Student Council. Activities ranges from tutorials and reviews, block bonding activity, campus tour etc.

Engineering Opening Week – A week-long celebration to start the year right! It includes the Engineering Carnival which is composed of booth set – ups that are designed to bring fun and excitement to the whole engineering community. For this year’s Engineering Carnival, GE Club is the only organization to have two booths – Bzzzt!: Bawal Pasmado Dito and Dance Dance Revolution Supernova.
July
Application Period – Start of recruitment, orientation and other relevant processes to become a member of the organization.
JUICE UP: JUmpstarter in College Education! at Banaue, Ifugao – Free college entrance examinations review for high school seniors which also aimed at promoting geodetic engineering as a possible career option.
August
UP GEC Anniversary Celebration – Weeks filled with events aimed at highlighting the success attained by the club in its several years of existence. It included sportsfest, amazing race, outreach activities, and bonding moments for the members, alumni and applicants.

Applicant’s Interview – Formal Interview of Applicants as part of their application process. Club.
Final Rites – A day of fun and activities that serves as a culminating event for the whole application process. Club.
October
Sem Ender – An out of town recreational activity to cap off the end of the semester.
November
Volleybagan – Volleyball tournament during the Engineering Week aimed at emphasizing the value of teamwork and physical health. It is open to all UP organization and composed of three divisions, namely, Men’s and Mixed, it is considered the true opening event in the Engineering Week.
December
Geoid Cup – Wide chess tournament that promotes critical thinking. Also, it is another Engineering Week event that GEC hosts.
January
Application Period – Start of recruitment, orientation and other relevant processes to become a member of the organization.
Alternative Classroom Learning Experience – – A university event that aims to educate students through seminars that discuss topics outside classroom lessons. GE Club will hosts a seminar that will comply to the theme set by the University Student Council.
February
UP Fair Boothing – Booth set-ups at the UP Fair Grounds occupied by contracted Business Concessionaires in exchange of a certain percentage of their income.
Rummage Sale – A fundraising activity of the Finance Committee utilizing old valuable items of the members.
Geodetic Engineering Student Conference (GESC) – A series of talks and seminars for future geodetic engineers of the country. Topics include technological and research updates, industry trends and issues affecting the surveying and geomatics disciplines.
Geoid Quiz High School Invasion – A quiz bee contest designed for third year high school students, focusing on subjects like Mathematics and Science to develop critical thinking and prepare the participants into engineering education. It also aims to promote the Geodetic Engineering program of the University of the Philippines, Diliman and the noble profession in earth measurements, space technologies and its allied applications.
